Please complete and return the entry form below. A signed Disclaimer and Crew List, together with payment of the entry fee of US$2 per foot overall will be required on entry to the Skipper's Briefing. Alternatively provisional notification of entry may be emailed to "register@mountgayrumroundbarbadosrace.com".

Entries must be completed before close of entries at 1700 Hrs, 18th January 2012.
