The Barbados Cruising Club and the sponsors of the 2012 Mount Gay Rum Round Barbados Race welcome all competitors to the Club and the Regatta Village in Independence Square.

To facilitate entry of yachts to the Inner Basin of the Careenage, the Chamberlain Bridge will be opened at the following times:

From 1300 Hrs - 1330 Hrs
From 1500 Hrs - 1530 Hrs
From 1730 Hrs - 1800 Hrs

All Skippers and crew are invited to the Barbados Cruising Club from 1700 Hrs.

1700 Hrs: Race entry closes.

1700 Hrs: Ceremonial skipper's weighing with Vice Commodore Franz. You can't win your skipper's weight in rum if we haven't weighed you.

1800 Hrs: Skipper's briefing on the upper terrace.

1900 Hrs: Let's party with Mount Gay Rum and The Combermere Steel Pan Orchestra.

From 1200 Hrs volunteers, race organisers and our sponsors will be at the Regatta Village in Independence Square on hand to answer any questions. Light refreshments available with thanks to Wyndham Coffee.
